Vision. To be the benchmark organization that will make Cleveland area manufacturers sustainable for generations.
Mission. To provide a forum for member partners to:
- Network and share best practices.
- Collaborate with local, state and federal officials to influence community issues.
- Promote educational and occupational opportunities.
- Be strong and committed corporate citizens and neighbors.
Information. Affiliation with CAI may provide information that will help in the operation of your business. Through membership activities, you may gain information about what is happening at local, state and national business levels.
Participation. You and your employees will have opportunity to interact with those of other member companies on such committees as Environmental, Best Practices, and Employee, Health, Welfare & HR. These committees provide an opportunity for training/education, as well as development of leadership, team-building and interpersonal skills.
Representation. Membership provides representation before the city, county, state and federal legislative bodies and regulatory agencies on matters affecting your business. Networking with other executives multiplies your impact in such matters.
Contacts. Monthly meetings for CEOs, owners and plant managers provide an opportunity for networking. Cleveland Associated Industries’ association with the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce and Industry gives you access to information and services on a state level.
